For the quarter ended 30-09-2021, the Company has reported Consolidated Total Income of Rs.4358.30 Crores, an increase of 46.05% over last quarter’s Total Income of Rs.2984.20 Crores and last year’s corresponding quarter total Income of Rs.3609.30 Crores. 20.75% higher than , The Company has a Reported Net Profit After Tax of Rs 321.60 Crore in the latest quarter.

It values this by the SoTP method assigning P/E multiples to the FY23E core PAT for each individual segment. Post this, the brokerage adds cash back. It has also separately accounted for C&S Electric. This comes at a SOTP-based target price of Rs 2,251 (earlier: Rs 2,138).
Promoters held 75 per cent stake in the company as on March 31, 2021, while FIIs held 4.4 per cent, DIIs 10.6 per cent and public and others held 10.1 per cent.
